The Makios family is growing! Let me introduce you to our newest addition to the team: our awesome and efficient Service Operator Norma. She joined our team in December, and she is the right hand of our trooper Service Coordinator Alex. If you have called us for technical support and heard a pleasant new voice, that is our Norma. She helps Alex answer the support calls, redirect them to the right technician and create new tickets on your behalf when needed.
Norma has been a perfect fit for our Makios family, and we are so grateful that she's joined us on this journey.
