Here at Makios, we’re always striving to deliver the best service to our clients. That means we are growing our team! This month has been exciting for us as we have welcomed three new hires.
Please help us welcome our newest Systems Administrator, Kevin—a go-getter with years of hands-on IT experience, a passion for solving problems, and a deep knowledge of everything from Windows Server to firewalls and cloud services. We’re excited to see him thrive in our fast-moving, team-first culture at Makios.
The second addition to our team is our new Service Operator, Savannah! When you call Makios, she’ll be among the friendly voices you hear, ready to assist you. We’re lucky to have her at the front line of client communication and support.
Finally, we would like to extend a warm welcome to Humberto, our newest Help Desk and Field Service Technician! His expertise equips him to find the perfect fixes for our clients quickly and efficiently. His professionalism, technical skill set, and upbeat attitude make him a great fit for Makios.
Humberto, Kevin, and Savannah are a wonderful addition to the Makios family, and we can't wait to see what amazing work they will do.
