Over the years, Rick has grown from a technician to one of our most trusted team members. He’s earned every step of his journey with hard work, consistency, and that one-of-a-kind personality that keeps things moving, even when the pressure's on. Makios wouldn't be Makios without his grit, humor, and problem-solving brain. With every passing year, Rick has grown and made this team better.
