Amazon AWS is experiencing an outage in one of their datacenters, this issue is having a global impact on any SaaS service that leverages the AWS infrastructure to host servers, data and infrastructure. Thus far Makios clients subscribed to Makios Cloud Phones may be experiencing call flow issues.
Scope: SaaS services hosted in Amazon AWS are being affected in different ways due to a major outage currently experienced by Amazon AWS in their US East 1 Datacenter
